My Method - How I Intend to Change The Story
We need to return to our inner radiance blueprint.
My method for this is centered around 4 pillars that make our map of radiance. They are the response to what pushed our cycle out of balance in the first place.
Through it, we see that our cycle isn’t our problem, but our way back to a symptom-free period.
The 4 Pillars

We want to bring back nourishing food, pleasure, and simplicity. The goal is that our life becomes deeply nourishing to us, so we can have all the building blocks for a really healthy cycle.
We don’t want to fall for the trends or the extreme diets, so we’ll find ways to make healthy food accessible and doable for you.
As a herbalist, I also love to add in plants and plant remedies to help you on your menstrual journey. We might choose to work with specific herbs to enhance your journey back to radiance.
However, we will not use plants as ways to cover your symptoms, or as a replacement of modern medicine, but as a way to naturally support your body and soul’s processes.
Herbalism is at its most powerful when used in respect of the symbiosis we have created with nature.
The earth becomes an extra support system for the imbalances we can’t tackle on our own.

Since the goal of our work together is not to tell you what to do, but to help you know how to decide, safety in your nervous system becomes crucial.
We’ll be working on cultivating trust with (and within) your cycle through your nervous system, so you can start to understand your own body’s language.
That is when your period starts to show you the way rather than hold you back. We want to unlock that miracle.
By gently honoring the nervous system with tools such as EFT, somatic meditations, breathing, movement, and much more, we’ll also start to shift your relationship with stress.
You’ve most likely heard that stress could be the root cause of your symptoms, or that stress is the root cause of 90% of current illnesses and diseases (you can find some sources on this here). Our work together will give you words and tools to navigate how this shows up in YOUR unique body.

We need to relearn what the menstrual cycle is and what it does to our body. And then we need to translate that knowledge into YOUR situation.
Most of my clients are tired of having to try a bunch of things without being able to TRUST that it will work. They are exhausted of being responsible for their health without having the authority to understand or trust their own body. That trust needs to start between you and your body - in following your unique MAP.

We will track your cycle and period to recognize its somatic messages, cultivate awareness and connection to it, and notice any patterns that may indicate the path your body naturally wants to take. That’s when you’ll be able to relate what I teach about the menstrual cycle to how it shows up every month for you.
We don’t look at symptoms as a list of things wrong with your body. They are messages indicating the state of your wellbeing as a whole. We will take into consideration the emotional context of symptoms as well.

There are so many tensions associated with being a woman, and not a lot of peace attached to it. When our womanhood showed up physically in our life, we were taught to run away from it, or be ashamed of it.
There is no separating the female body to the female soul to the female spirit. It is through the reconnection of ourselves, and with the other women around us, that we can feel fully women. I can’t talk about the menstrual cycle without talking about the exploration of womanhood, and how it shows up in your body and psyche.

Depending on your situation, you might need support with one or more of the pillars.
Within each of these pillars, we aim to understand our menstruation’s intelligent feedback language, and learn how to turn it into action.
Without the outdated advice of the health industry and wellness influencers.
My work is not about giving you another protocol, meal plan, or list of supplements to follow blindly. It’s about helping you develop biological literacy — so you can understand what your symptoms are telling you, and make matching decisions that actually fit your body and your life.
The goal is to stop outsourcing your authority and learn how to work with your body instead of against it by bringing balance into the 4 pillars of a radiant period: nutrition, stress, cycle connection, and womanhood connection.
In the process, I intend for you to fall in love with being a menstrual being.
