Choosing who to work with is a big decision.
Regardless of the Spotless Girl offer you’re interested in, here's how to know if this is your place.
We Are a Good Fit If You:
Want to feel calmer and more confident around your cycle instead of bracing for it.
Are not interested in following someone’s strict regimen without understanding how it applies to you and your situation. You want to feel free and empowered in your choices. You’re ready to take responsibility for your health (knowing you don’t have to do it alone).
Feel a quiet knowing that your cycle is a guide, even if you don’t know how to read and follow it just yet.
Sense that healing lives in the body, not just the mind — and you're curious about tools that work at that level (i.e somatic tools).
Are aware that something is fundamentally wrong with the way women are taught to relate to their bodies and health and want to step into a paradigm where your body is not a broken piece that needs fixing, but a partner that needs connection.
Are done with quick fixes and one-size-fits-all advice (especially when you feel doubtful of some trendy content). You want to understand your body deeply enough to make your own informed choices.
Want to go the most natural route possible - you want nature, your body, and food to be your main resources for health and wellness.
Know that your hormones don't exist in isolation, and you're ready to look at the whole picture, not just the symptoms. You want to address the wholeness of who you are when it comes to your wellbeing.
Are someone that craves authentic sisterhood and connection, where women lift each other up and help transform each other’s lives in love and deep friendship.
Crave leaning into your womanhood and reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced before.
You know yourself better, and I trust that you will look for what you need in honesty. You might be looking for clear regimens that manage the inconvenience of your symptoms rather than integrating your period as a meaningful part of you who you are. If that’s the case, my work wouldn’t be a very good match for your needs. There is nothing wrong with that! I’m happy to send you recommendations of different resources for your period health (books, coaches, and such) if you prefer that.
If anything you read on this page resonates as a big YES in you, feel free to explore the offers I have for you! I recommend starting with the free Symptom-Free Period Starter Kit to get a good foundation for the rest of this journey.
Spotless Girl Values
This is what Spotless Girl is built on, and what I aim to focus on through all my offers and resources.
The menstrual cycle as a map - as our tool to guide ourselves back to radiance rather than a curse or at best an inconvenience. It’s our starting place, the key to unlocking your radiance blueprint.
Root cause healing over symptom suppression - rejecting the quick fixes that silence our bodies and instead choosing actions that have both short and long-term impact. We want to GROW in connection with our body, not silence it. We do this by trying to go to the source, seeing what might have caused the symptoms in the first place - and being open to the idea that it might come from our lifestyle, emotions, and environments as well.
Reconnecting to the body’s natural intelligence - healing as a reconnection to the body’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal, rather than turning to an external modification forced on it. Trusting that the body is our most honest storyteller and learning to surf with its wisdom rather than against it.
Stress and nervous system regulation as a foundation in health - understanding the impact stress has on the body and using body-based regulation techniques to shift into long-term relief. We acknowledge there is no positive relationship to health unless there is space for it in our nervous system.
Interconnected approach to health - everything is connected in the body. Emotions, thoughts, food, past experiences, etc, are all an important part of our wellbeing. We choose to approach ourselves as a whole, rather than a fractioned puzzle piece.
Nourishment over punishment - shifting from the idea of controlling and reducing our unhealthy patterns to giving and nourishing ourselves physically, emotionally, and energetically. Since we are not broken, there is no need to punish our body and soul for what is happening, but rather there is a need to return to it with compassion and respect.
Respect and reverence for nature - understanding that healing is a reconnection to nature and a symbiosis between the living (nature, plants, animals, others) and the living (ourselves). We refuse to blindly engage in trends, but choose to care for the natural resources we have, and honour our connection to them.
Personalized healing over one-size-fits-all solutions - Listening and following your unique constitutions and rhythms over blindly following trendy ideas. You are unique, so are your needs.
Redefining womanhood and the menstrual cycle - changing the narrative around menstruation so we can offer our daughters a better experience, where their cycle is a power, not a curse.
You can break the barriers!
If you are having a hard time managing your hormones and your cycle, feel like it’s preventing you from living your life to the fullest, and want to take your health into your own hands by using less over-the-counter medicine, then you are in the right place. This is where you start your journey.
