All the symptoms that are rising up before and during your period are ways your body is trying to tell you that something is off.

They are signals.

My work is to help you understand those signals and how to respond to them, so you can feel good in your body, no matter at what moment of your cycle.

I do not believe your body is broken.

Being a menstrual woman myself, I’ve gone through a lot of pain and confusion trying to verbalize my experience before learning to understand my body.

But as an integrative women’s health coach and herbalist, I now have tools and language to connect to my body and help you connect to yours.

My work is to help you embrace your natural flow and create a life that is cycle-and-woman-friendly.
