Why Creating a Curated Lifestyle Is More Important Now Than Ever
What a curated Lifestyle is:
An intentionally chosen lifestyle, with the purpose of matching one’s current life, dreams, and needs.
A curated lifestyle is the power to choose the small habits and actions we integrate into our life, from a place of choice and intention, rather than just going through with the motions and letting our external circumstances decide of our daily life.
It means bringing INTENTION back into living.
Why?
Our thoughts are like crowns, invisible to the naked eye, but fully perceptible through the eye of the soul.
We were trained from a young age to adorn our heads with certain crowns.
Pretend everything is fine. There’s no need for people to think you’re weak.
Hide the pain, conceal it so they can’t see.
Push harder when you’re tired. Try harder, just a little harder every day, and keep hoping for the breakthrough.
Be pretty. Forget the rest, just BE beautiful. Look better. Then everything will fix itself.
If you’re crying or raging, you’re overacting… it’s probably your hormones.
Don’t stress, it’s bad for your health (and for your looks).
These crowns hold power - they hold our actions, reactions, and choices. We calibrate our whole lifestyle to these thoughts.
We’re taught to live against our biology. And we believe our biology is also against us. One that we must conquer to succeed in life.
So we buy products, courses, classes, books, ideas. Anything that will give us the power to govern over our weaknesses.
In short, we try habits and a lifestyle meant to CHANGE the way our body acts and responds.
But here’s my shocking idea: radiance isn’t found in resisting the body; but in aligning to it.
When we change our thoughts from “fighting the body” to “embracing it”, the habits and actions change too. But this work can only be done with intention.
Your body is not a problem to fix, but a message to be understood.
Actually, a whole plethora of messages, meant to tell you exactly what you need and what would make you feel good in yourself.
Our body carries a natural design for balance and vitality. I call this design The Radiance Blueprint — and it can guide how you align your life to your wellbeing every day.
We walk in alignment when we start curating our lifestyle to our ACTUAL needs.
Not the thoughts we’ve been brainwashed to follow, but the real messages our body and soul are sending us daily.
These are our radiance blueprint.
When you live in alignment with that blueprint, you don’t just survive your cycle… you shine through it.
Instead of fighting symptoms or guessing at what your body needs, you can use this new paradigm to support your hormones, reduce PMS, and live in sync with your cycle.
Our job is to learn to curate our lifestyle around that blueprint. To intentionally choose the things that prioritize our wellbeing through our body, rather than dominion over our biology.
The Radiance Blueprint is not a diet, a set of rules, or another system that tells you who to be. It’s a remembrance. A way of curating your life so that every choice, every ritual, every meal, every habit brings you back into harmony with your own biology.
The fight is not against your body, but against a system that tries to manipulate all of us against our bodies and powers.
Choosing the needs of your body over the expectations of society is, as of now, an act of rebellion.
To choose health and longevity and strength over skinny-ness and sexy-ness is, still to this day, an act of war.
